Information in a service request.
The online request form asks for your name, phone number, vehicle, pickup location, service, and optional destination and problem details. We Tow uses that information to respond to your request and discuss service. Please do not submit card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive information.
How requests are handled.
On the production website, requests are sent by email to We Tow’s designated inbox. Hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the request. A form submission does not confirm dispatch, availability, arrival time, or price. Email delivery depends on the hosting mail system.
Spam protection and technical data.
The production form uses a temporary session cookie and a hashed network address with short-term request timestamps to reduce automated submissions. The website does not maintain a customer-request database. Request emails remain in the business inbox according to its handling practices. The hosting provider may also keep technical logs.
